Medical Insurance pain

Kaelo My health- the worst pain i have ever felt in 15 years as a working class. Firstly my chronic took almost 2x months to get and this after several calls. Now i need to see a specialist which i can't find one that can attend to my mesical needs unless i have cash. Thw moment i present the MyHealth card, none is willing to take and here i am could be experiencing something that might have a long-term effect but i am paying a "medical insurance". I am expected to pay this amd claim back from them, when would they even pay when i have been experincing this much already in less than 6 months of using this. If all the medical insurances are like this one, then i thank you but no thanks. I know for sure i'd never recommend Kaelo My Health again after today's experiencing.
