Lies and pathetic servic

I sent through 7 queries no one I assisting to re escalate

Yet I sent through 6 payslip to prove that my earning has no dropped

I'm a customer of kaelo finance for 3 years

This is unexpected

I need to waste airt time to try and call through

The feedback I got is R5000 to R10000 Qualify R2250

This is my bracket but they dropped the amount to R1350

So the feed back I got was pathetic and doesn't make sense
