Lack of communication and administration.

Communication with Kaelo Gap Cover is pure frustration. E-mails are not properly read and human contact is with one consultant to the next who are extremely sympathetic and polite but cannot handle the problem. After 8 months of sheer frustration via e-mails, telephone calls and even a personal visit to their offices, where I was assured everything was sorted out, still no success. I have given up and will move to another Gap Cover.
