Kill o'health cause you have to be dead to get the Auth

Thy say download the app and then when you do log on to get a pre Auth number thy say call this number ***. Called the number and it takes about 10 minutes through the automated system before you can actually speak to someone. Only for that person to as you to repeat the info the automated system asked you to enter. I'll say this again with my chest out. This is really the most terrible experience I've ever had with a medical aid. I would not recommend not ever. Not even if thy offered me gold
