Kealo disrupts my health

Is netcare n1 city your dsp ? The receptionist obtained Authorization when she called on Sunday 15/10/2023 On your system shows no Authorization obtained please go listen to your recorded Line as the Authorization was obtained and a folder for the Emergency Room was opened , now you reject the account because a non dsp was used , but Netcare n1 city is on your dsp list , why is the Emergency doctors account not paid ? Must we just go to the Emergency rooms and not see a Doctor ? Why was the xrays not paid I was referred by the casualty doctor for xrays , Dischem Health is one of the worse products kaealo health has under there umbrella, no DSP wants to accept this medical insurance as you don't want to pay the hospital account , what will happen if I am admitted will you guys still not pay , why offer a product and reject claims that's valid
