I've emailed them on Friday the 3rd requesting a list of GP's connected to my health kaelo in my area as my son was sick and needed to see a doctor... I got a reply saying that the relevant department will assist me shortly... It's Monday today and still nothing! Your service suck! I've even sent more emails I get the same response! Sies! For a medical insurance, your service suck! I had no choice but to pay R450 at a private doc in kraaifontein and I reside in kuilsriver!
