Kaelo's consultants do not know their own policy rules

Kaelo's consultants do not know their own policy rules. I was told that my claim would not be honoured by Kaelo as my medical aid had paid the hospital bill from my savings account. My claim had to be escalated to a claims specialist before they came to their senses and honoured my claim. I would not recommend Kaelo to anyone. I am forced to use it because my employer is aligned to them.
