Kaelogap cover, been with them 20 yrs, DONT JOIN THEM NOW...! hopeless, phone staff pleasant, but ACCONTS dept dont know what they are doing

I actually dont believe i will hear from them. I phoned this morning BEFORE posting here; i told the woman that i cannot get an account paid, i have been trying for nearly 3 mths. and guess what.. she hung up on me. I do believe that KAELO has the facility to pick up your phone number.. but they didnt. so... i will def. inform HP if they contact me.. but i am sooooo doubtful this will happen. if they don call or email... tomoro i will post the email i cent to CENTRIQ, the underwriter of KAELOGAP. some interesting readin in that email.Anne
