Kaelo/Centriq - unauthorised debits
Unauthorised debits to my account since 2015. No policy document provided. No copy of application form provided. No response to request for proof that there is ant form of contract between me and them. Response is that my employer (whose employ I left in 2015) pays the premium. This despite the fact that I'm querying the debits on my personal account. Reported to the Short Term Insurance Ombudsman. Deathly silence prevails.............
