Cancelled my policy in September - confirmed last debit order would be in October and I would be covered until the 31st October. They debited my account on the 1st Novemeber, claiming its for October. Um - sorry short term insurance / medical aid does not work in arrears. *****. The guy refused to help me. Reveresing the premium was the only way to get my money back. Do not take out GAP cover with them!
