Kaelo take your premiums but don't pay out

I submitted a claim to Kaelo on 11/02/2021. They advise that you will receive your payment within 7 - 14 working days. It has now been longer than this is still no payment from Kaelo.

After calling them, they tell me that they have no record of my policy yet they're comfortable to take my premiums every month
