Kaelo should close down

The worst experience of my life I have been waiting on authorization for medicine for over 3 weeks their consultants have been lying to me consistently, they told me it was authorized I've gone to the chemist over 8 times the chemist called them today they dropped the line on the lady at clicks golden acre and then placed her on hold for over 30 minutes until she discontinued the call. they don't even have means by which you can rate their dismally poor service. their consultants are rude they interrupt when you speak then transfer you to places that don't even deal with this medical aid. its the worst i have ever experienced
