KAELO - PRIME CURE WORST MEDICAL AID EVER
THE MOST TERRIBLE MEDICAL AID EVER, STRUGGLING SINCE FEB TO GET CLAIMS PAID, THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO E-MAILS AFTER THEY SAID THEY WILL GET BACK TO ME, I SPOKE TO A SUPERVISOR AND EVEN SHE IS NOT RESPONDING ANYMORE. SEND MY 3RD E-MAIL TODAY HOPING FOR A RESPONSE. i AM FED UP NOW WITH THIS PEOPLE. WHERE CAN REPORT THIS BAD SERVICE?
