Kaelo pathetic service

I was placed on the wrong plan with kaelo, I have been sending emails for a month and have had no response from them for this to be changed, I have tried to email other departments and nothing no response to any email, I have received very poor service from kaelo and wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. I had even sent an email today and still nothing.
