KAELO OLD MUTUAL GAP IS All LIES..****

I am Mr A Ratheepaul I have an Old mutual kaelo gap cover no GEN *** and claim no GEN ***/3 In reference..My spouse was hospitalized on 2026/06/24 for facet injections in her spine...The neurosurgeon claimed and I had to pay from my pocket as medical aid didn't cover the cost. I submitted my claim to KAELO OLD MUTUAL GAP FOR PAYMENT..kaelo only paid R4353.10 they didn't pay the other R4353.10 which means as Pensioner I must cover R4353.10 .When I took this policy out with old mutual they didn't mention anything about limitations they said KAELO GAP OLD MUTUAL WILL COVER ALL CLAIMS FROM 300% to 500% I took the premium benefit. Further more they don't tell you what is claimable conditions and what are not covered by OLD MUTUAL KAELO. It is shocking I pay for medical aid and gap cover but still can't pay medical bills in South Africa .I suggest people not to take a OLD mutual Kaelo Gap cover ..they always pay short and you have to beg them to pay the other amounts. WHAT is the point-of-sale gap cover if Kaelo doesn't pay .I am a pensioner finding it hard .This is absolutely disgraceful from OLD MUTUAL TO TREAT SENIOR CITISENS THIS WAY...false advertising as I was duped to taking this **** policy without explanations off their benefits..this matter must be taken to the ombudsman....OLD MUTUAL DISGRACEFUL .
