Kaelo is pathetic

I have been sending kaelo numerous emails as we were told we will be moving from the kaelo core plan to the kaelo plus plan, as the communications came up we were asked to email kaelo of we didn't want to change plans, this was done 3 times, I was still changed to the new plan and debited for the new plan, I have sent 4 other emails after this claiming my refund and asking why my plan had changed when I asked for it to remain on the core plan, there is no communication from kaelo, I wouldn't recommend kaelo to anyone as they services are pathetic and they customer service is beyond me.
