KAELO IS NOTHING BUT A JOKE!!!!!!

I have been sending countless emails from the month of November to Kaelo Money to help me reset my password, simply because I have changed my contact number. I have done everything that they have asked me to do, but every time I send them an email, they are quick to respond with their automated respond. This is getting really ridiculous now. All I want is for someone in that company to assist me, but then even that is hard.

What kind of company does not have people that deal with customer's issues? The customer come first, this automated respond thing is just bull***t. Even if you have it set to respond to customers, then why does it not go into a queue for issues and some living being respond to the customer's query, not like you have robots working there, there are people that you are paying, so they must do their job.

This company is just disappointing. This red start is nothing complained to the how dissatisfied I am about the poor service I have received from Kaelo.
