Kaelo is a ****

This company is a ****. They have been happily deducting from my salary for the past 3 years now and now that I am making my first claim I am being given the run around. They first wanted to pay less money (about R40 000) than I claimed for but I pushed back because I am covered for R172 000 per annum and my claim altogether came to about R74 304.57 and now they keep dragging their feet because they want my time to lapse.

Please can someone help me with details on how to report them to the ombudsman... I have all my paperwork and email correspondence of evidence. I also have recorded phone calls.
