KAELO Health is the worst

Kaelo health is a **** they deduct every month without fail yet for the second time I am not allowed to go see a Dr the last time I was told a nurse would call me instead of granting the pre authorization she did a virtual consultation and gave a prescription I specifically asked who would pay for it she said its paid for turns out this was a lie because the pharmacy said I should pay for the medication, I logged a complaint internally with them they have been giving me the run around eventually on the 14th of May 2026 they apologized and said it would never happen again , today I contact them asking for pre authorization and again I am being told about a nurse and for that reason again I cannot get an authorization number, this after my child got rushed to Mediclinic for an emergency in 2025 they gave Mediclinic pre authorization but by the end of that month my statement showed everything was rejected again I had to log a complaint and eventually they paid some of it but im still left with others
