Kaelo health is *******!!!!

My 15 month son needed medical assistance because he had difficulty breathing. I took him to the hospital cause he was gasping for air and couldn't breathe properly. I get to hospital and phone the useless call centre for authorization. The idiot of an agent tells me that it's not an emergency!!!! How can a person who is not qualified as a doctor say that? A baby is having difficulty breathing and that's not an emergency?!?!?! I came to a conclusion that they are negligent and do not know what they are doing.
