Kaelo health absolutely poor customer service
I've tried now for 3 weeks to get my chronic medication after being approved for CDL To no avail I've been told everytime that nothing is approved I've been beaten around the bush
Furthermore when I needed an acute medication script to be fulfilled nothing can be done as it is "not within formulary"
Absolutely disgusted with service
