Kaelo gap - the worst gap cover
They have the bad service ever, I've submitted my claim on the 15th July 2024 and today is the 9th August 2024. And they say thier turnaround time is 7 to 14 working days, it's almost a month now waiting. When I call them they always tell me it's in process.
I'm so irritated, I don't want to lie. It's like they trying to find a reason not to pay the claim.
