Kaelo Gap - Long overdue claim...

I have now been waiting in excess of one and a half months to get a GAP claim sorted out. The excuse is always 'due to backlog'. They say claims should be sorted within 8 to 10 days. What the hell is going on??

Hi Jeff. I apologise for your experience which I can imagine is very frustrating. I will get our Exec team to contact you so that we can assist in getting a resolution for your complaint.
