KAELO GAP COVER STOLE MY MONEY

i have noticed during the past two years that KAELO Gap cover has been deducting money from my account without my concern from 2016, worse i dont even remember agreeing or ever utilizing their services. i have since written them several letter requesting them to cancel the insurance and refund me all my money, To date, i never got anything. when i asked them for a proof , they told me that i joined it through Hippo, which i don't have any records or policy nor how it works. Hippo has a tendency of sharing our information with these companies, they use our previous information to ***** and **********ly create profiles in their companies without our knowledge. i mean if i had known about their existence, i could have utilized their service most of the time, because i always suffer through my medical aid when it cannot pay other service. this was just a ****. i have recently requested recording where i agreed they sent me this link, which i cannot open

the above are inaccessible, and cannot prove that i have joined and agreed to their terms. this is to me is ***** because even when i say i don't need their insurance they still attempt to deduct money from my account.
