KAELO GAP COVER - SHOCKING SERVICE - NO RESOLVE

1 Month later and I have been sent from pillar to post. I have spoken to several consultants who have done nothing to assist. I have sent emails to which I have had no response.

I sent in 5 claims with all the exact docs required. eventually somebody told me there is doc that is not attached. I checked and noted that they are incorrect and never checked properly. all docs were trhere. I rep**** within 10 minutes to clarify.

They haven't responded. The level of service at the place is mind numbing. It is a shocking company and strongly recommend that nobody ever supports them.

They are happy to take your money every month for years and once and actual claim is lodged nothing happens.

I am now having to seek legal advise to get my claims paid.

It has become a nightmare
