Kaelo Gap Cover pathetic!

Kaelogap is absolutely pathetic! I've mailed all the documents and forms and even filled in the required form and attached all documents online. Even receiving messages which states *** mailbox unavailable. Still receiving emails which states Outstanding documents and email will follow shortly with document to be completed but after the fifth mail and three calls to the service center still no attachment to the mail. This seems to be a ploy to deter paying members to claim.
