Kaelo GAP cover, friendly, efficient and outstanding service

I have been using Kaelo GAP for a number of years. Recently after having cataract surgery on both eyes, I submitted my claim for surgeon's fees which were over and above the medical aid rate. I went to Kaelo's offices at Wanderers Office Park in Illovo as I wanted to make sure of submitting all the necessary documentation. I was met at the entrance by the most friendly and gracious receptionist who ushered me to their meeting room and organised a yummy cappuccino. I was wowed feeling thoroughly welcomed. Didn't expect that. Next Isaac and Rhodene Morgendal attended to my claim, checking all the documentation was correctly submitted. Rhodene noticed one hospital account was missing and she contacted the clinic to obtain this. We had the most polite and interesting discussion and I was assured of a speedy settlement, which has indeed been the case. I did not expect this outstanding service. Caring, personalised service, which tends to be rare nowadays, inspires a loyal clientele. Kaelo GAP and the three outstanding employees whom I interacted with this week have earned that loyalty and I thank them.
