Kaelo Gap cover- best to look elsewhere

I have been so dissapointed in Kaelo. I had a copayment of R8000 on a ln MRI Scan at the end of October 2020 and I submitted the claim in early November. Kaelo claim that the process is 14 days long, well I am still waiting. After numerous phone calls and emails, I am just told it will be investigated... no matter that I am now R8000 out of pocket and my premiums are paid on time every month without fail for many years now. I am extremely disappointed and will be moving to another company.
