KAELO GAB COVER USELESS

What a disgusting, pathetic service from this useless Kaelo gab cover.I have had a gab cover with kaelo since July 2011.When they send out their KAELO GAP PREMIUM NOTICE it says " USE OF NON-NETWORK HOSPITAL Limit for all co-payments for the use of a non-network hospital is R15 000'.Since I have never claimed it never affected only last year december when I claimed. I was 1st told that my wife went to the hospital without getting authorization after sending the authorisation from my medical aid later, I was told that cause the claim was accident it had been declined I informed that the claim was not an cause of an accident.I was further told that they will rectifiy it and get back to me and I should send the neccessary supporting documents which I did.After all this back and fourth I was told that I can only claim up to R15 000 a year which I then informed them I had only claimed R7650 and they can pay me the differrance.They came back to me and said that I can only claim once a year and send some clause which I really find disgusting.When paying your premium they said all these nice messages but when it is time to claim they have all these hidden clause.After complaining they sent me an email saying that my claim was declined and if I wish to take them to the ombunds man I can go ahead and provided me with the contacts. BE EXTREMELY EXTREMELY CAREFUL OF KAELO GAB COVER, USELESS IF YOU ASK ME.My claim number is 10300
