"KAELO DOES NOT PAY'' doctors PROVIDER LIST FULL OF WRONG INFORMATION.

Unfortunately i cant give a -***** . my first experience with their network provider, the first doctor i call tells me he doesn't want Kaelo people because Kaelo doesn't pay. I search within a 50km radius for a GP , all the GP numbers listed on the prime cure website are either incorrect, don't exist or just don't work. I call Kaelo for assistance and they tell me they will escalate internally meanwhile no one will help me locate a doctor. So my options are now to either go and see an out of network doctor or go to a public clinic. But then what's the use of paying monthly for a medical insurance if i cant see a private GP with it. Yes i can probably claim from Kaelo later , but seeing all the reviews here this might take me months to get the money back. Kaelo, you promised us a service , you need to deliver the service that you promised . If you cant deliver then don't do it. Step aside for those who can do it. This is completely unacceptable.
