Kaelo diskem medical insurance

I have had the worst experience with Kaelo health insurance through Diskem health. Their consultants are not professional and ***********, they have taken out money out of my account twice after me specifying that I would only be able to start the insurance payments from June since i could not commit at that time. When I enquired if that was possible, the consultant stated that there was no problem . I have been emailing them with no answers, calling is a nightmare beacuse they never answer and keep you online for hours . I have demanded for an investigation on the recorded call with the consultant for I did not agree to joining before June. Furthermore I had asked her to email me the quote . I am angry and frustrated with this company .
