Kaelo

I am son disappointed with this medical scheme. My mother collapsed, not breathing and numbness. I phoned Kaelo for advice they said they cover life threatening cases. I phoned an ambulance and she was miss treated by people refusing to give her something stronger for pain. Landed in hospital they are refusing admission because of ICD10 code. Now she has to suffer and ho back home without proper assistance because of Kaelo. I am on the the pho for more than 30 minutes now
