I added my two kids on kaelo health insurance on january first week of february i received the membership cards ,but my first child surname is not written in full ,i then send them an email asking for a new reprint of the cards with my child full surname up to today they havent responsded to my email im thinking its because they dont wana do new cards whilst i pay my memberfees every month im so angry
