Jenus Health - Kaelo Xelus be carefull!

<p>I just would like to tell you about my short experience with my Gap Cover from Kaelo Xelus. I was on a waiting period for 3 months from August till October and as my cover started I received a message that the cover will be going up from the 1st of January by nearly 25%. When I phoned to find out why by so much and to say that my salary will never be increased by 25 %, the woman with which I spoke was quite rude and told me that I must cancel it when I am not happy and she will send me the cancelation documents. I waited for two weeks and I got the form after I phoned second time. Now I am just wondering - do this people understand that we work very hard for our money and we are pushed to look for the cheaper options? And also they are very quick on Hippo to phone us and try to get us as clients, but what happens after that it's not important.</p> <p> </p>
