In-line claim process too complicated

In-line claim process too complicated. Impossible to sign the 2 blocks using a mouse! It took Kaelo way too long to inform me that the incorrect claim form was used. Why can't you have automatic agreements with major medical schemes regarding deductibles/ co-payments?
