I want my refund back! incompetency in the company

RE: FWD: CLAIM PAYMENT WF_*** - Reference number: wf_*** I logged a refund request since the 29 of January but I still have not received it and I used my money to pay and instead I keep getting delays with my refund. I was sent the incorrect document with a password, and I called asking if it’s received only to find the did not process anything due to someone sending me the incorrect document!! But in the meantime, I’m being delayed and now I called they said they have not processed the banking details to the processing team!! I’m disappointed and don’t suggest others to join this network! I was sent an email by Bathabile Serasengwe, spoke to line manger Peggy, as said she will escalate which i doubt i will be assisted. I used my grocery money and now 4 weeks later still not paid.

from Health Claims Department and in between there is no communication what so ever !!!
