I have Dischem Health Insurance administered by Kaelo

I have Dischem Health Insurance administered by Kaelo. I've put a claim through for specialist visit on the 27/01/2025 and I haven't received funds up until today. It will soon be April. It's very hard to speak to anyone in management as the consultants and claims say there is no direct line . I've been going back and forth with them and I am losing my patience. They don't even communicate properly. I am so frustrated because I cannot speak to a superior person! I have also contacted the insurer Centriq but they have also been waiting on Kaelo. It's now the 25th of March 2025. I want my money paid by latest tomorrow.
