Hidden agenda... Hidden Tarrifs guidelines or whatever they call it

If I could, I'd go back to the day I recieved a call from them offering me this mess of an Insurance. The manner in which they communicate shows how little they care about helping their customers. They drag payments or the account so it goes Stale, so they don't either pay or it's held accountable to the customer to pay. I've already spent alot of money of which I still have not been paid till today. It's been over a month and few weeks. That's a trick they use. Very manipulative. Hidden Tarrifs that they don't communicate to customers when they sign up. I regret it so much. Never ever again.
