I submitted a claim a week ago to Kaelo for oncology nuclear that was not paid in full by my medical aid since I only have a hospital plan. I dont know what I expected to happen, but I was SO surprised when they paid the money into my bank account three days later. This was the second time I claimed from them and the first time I had exactly the same positive encounter. People are so quick to complain - but if you follow the guidelines Kaelo set out with a claim and submit all they require at once, you will be a happy customer. I personally refer Kaelo to everyone I know. They have always assisted whenever I required them to. No false promises etc. In fact, they actually assisted more than I expected.
