Good Service from Kaelo

I recently (last 2 months) had to claim from Kaelo gap cover for my oncology short falls. I reviewed Kaelo on Hellopeter before my starting my claim process and to be honest... after seeing all the negative reviews I wasn't expecting much. I have been paying them for quite a while (and thought I'd been wasting money) and thought well here goes, wish me luck. To my suprise and delight each one of my claims were paid within a decent time frame. Twice I had to submit additional information for the claim which can be expected.... after the info was submitted my claims were paid. So I am a happy customer - thank you Kaelo!
