Good luck getting a response from these guys

When your website "Contact Us" link has two options - "Make a Complaint" and "Rate your Complaint Experience" you know there's a problem! These guys are incredibly unresponsive - they simply do not respond to emails. When you submit your claim you don't get any reference number or have any idea how long it will take. At no point are you updated on the status of your application. You basically need to sit on the phone and pester people to get your claim paid. Will be cancelling my policy with these guys!
