GAP Policy Sanlam AP

Policy Number.SAN*** I have GAP coverage for expenses not covered by the medical aid while I was in the hospital. I claim the amount of R13 488,50 from my GAP policy for the anesthetist account.

Kaelo only paid out R2914,60 of the total amount claimed from my GAP policy.

I want to know why not the whole amount I claim from the GAP cover. That's why I took out GAP cover to cover the outstanding amounts not covered by the medical aid.
