Gap Cover is no Gap at All... Just a gimmick to make money!!!

Worst gap cover ever!!! Their contact details do not work, you hold on for over an hour and still the call gets dropped in your ear, secondly when you claim they dont even pay yet have the audacity to raise the premiums for a service that they dont even provide for. Please all i want to do is cancel this useless cover, its not worth it paying R350 a month yet when i claim its always an issue or something that cannot be covered for yet in the policy schedule its there under things that are covered. I would want this policy cancelled by close of business today despite being with them for 6 to 8 years.
