Fantastic Kaelo Support from Mongezi Ntsekwa!

I just wanted to drop in a leave a review on one of your staff members - *Mongezi Ntsekwa* - this man is by far your best employee! I have spoken to more than 10 people trying to resolve an issue I have had since November. All previous 10+ support members could barely speak English let alone help me solve the issue - this man steps in and not only fixes the issue but has followed up with me more than 3 times to make sure I was being helped correctly. He definitely deserves one hell of an increase having fulfilled the jobs of multiple people to rectify my issue.

Seeing all the negative reviews you guys seem to have already - hopefully you praise this man for his GREAT work! And share this review around to show people that you also have wonderful staff members that can assist - but he must be made aware of how amazing he is!!!!
