Facilitating Unauthorised/Fradulent Debit Orders
I have a debit order on my bank account and after investigation/research I found out that it is done by Kaelo Health. MULTID FORAANDGMEDG00748*****. I have no business interaction with this company and I thought it was for a policy that I requested a quote with MEDSHIELD with whom I also don’t have any contract with. Please can you advise as to what these debit orders are for? There so far have been 3 debits of R384.00 since 31/12/2021 !
