DO NOT USE KAELO

It's been two months waiting for a refund of almost 10 000 rands. I filled in the refund form online, sent all requested documents. No one cares. I have now called a lady to cancel my medical insurance with them. I'd rather pay higher fees to a reputable medical aid. By the way I'm on the highest package with all the extras. Customer care does not exist. Here is a list of all the unhelpful people who I came across: Obakeng Manthata and Lerato Tsotetsi.
