disgusting service

I've been pushed from pillar to post for almost two weeks. Roxanne and Sade called me and promised to give me updates on my claims but I have not received any calls from them after the last time we spoke. The claims assessors do not make contact with you, instead they send you emails requesting duplicate information that you have already sent. At this point I do not know what to do and Just feel like you can hold on to MY MONEY because clearly you do not want to assess and pay my claims!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I wish I have never joined Kaelo health because the service is disgusting.

Your turn around around time is not 7-14 days its a month!!!
