Disgusted in Kaelo Gap Cover service

Kaelo Gap Cover is by far the worse medical insurance EVERY!!!! The service that you receive from the consultant/staff are utterly disgusting and no help. I have been a loyal member of Kaelo Gap Cover for 2 and a half years with no hassle each month my account was debited with their membership premium. I have been trying to make a claim since December 2020. I have been sending my claims documents back and forth since the 05 January 2021 and each time I'll receive a notification to say that the claim has been paid and payment will reflect within 7 to 14 working days. On the 14 day (each time I need to resend my documents as they did not receive it) This has been going on for over a month now. When calling no one answers or you receive attitude from the consultants. I have been retrenched on the 31 December 2020 and my medical aid and kaelo gap cover has been canceled as from the end of January 2021. In all my calls and emails I stressed the importance of this getting paid as soon as possible. Currently this doctors bill is in arrears and I have not yet even received my co-payment either.

I am utterly disgusted in the service that Kaelo Gap Cover gives their clients. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND KAELO GAP COVER TO ANYONE!!!
