These guys changed their policy to immediately suspend your membership incase of a missed debit order(A new rule they put in place without informing the customers) and do not immediately reestablish it upon a collection.
In my case we didn’t even know what lead to that as there was money in my account.
Do your homework for a better medical health scheme as this could compromise your life
