Dischem Gap cover

The worst company I ever had to deal with. I have been waiting for more than a month to get my claim sorted. I signed up through Dischem for gapcover. You cant get hold of them telephonically or when you get through you get cut off I send them a email more than 3 weeks ago for a supervisor to phone me back. Nothing happened. After a second email I finally received a call back this morning only to be told there is another document that needs to be completed. I will never recommend this company to anybody for gapcover. Their promise of a 5 to 7 day payout is a lie. You already in a stressfull situation and then you must deal with this type of behaviour. Shocking!!!
